Renee is an Integrated Healing Practitioner using modalities such as sound healing, light therapy, chakra and aura balancing, acupressure, aromatherapy, crystal healing and more. The purpose is to get to the root of an issue in order to bring about balance on all levels- physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. It’s about balance and awareness. Each Integrated Healing session is as unique as each person and issue being addressed. As an example, the root cause could be a self-limiting belief- holding you back- a session will be able to decipher the specific belief and transform it into a more positive outlook that better serves the clients well-being. Renee developed a love for healing while living in New York City, where she experienced deep energetic alignments in herself and recognized Integrated Healing as a way to help others experience healing, too. She offers her clients the tools and guidance to live healthy lives in tune with their inner truth.
Wild Flour Kolaches A kolach is a type of sweet pastry that holds a portion of fruit surrounded by puffy dough. It is made from yeast dough. Originating as a semisweet festive dessert from Central Europe and later a breakfast item in South London , they have also become popular in parts of the United States. Wild Flour makes the best ones! With sweet and savory flavors and a range of seasonal options. Owner Bob and Sandy are a fantastic couple who brought their passion and culinary skills to Sturbridge Massachusetts and introduced New England to these wonderful warm treats. "We bring a bit of Texas to New England with our version of the Czech kolache, a pastry eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a snack!" Sandy (owner and baker)
